2. Availability of customer support. We provide our customers with customer support on the above phone number and e-mail on working days from 7:30 to 15:30.
3. Time to process your request or complaint. Your requests will be processed within 2 working days at the latest (48 hours, this period may be extended by non-working days and public holidays that are common in the Slovak Republic).
Right of withdrawal from the purchase contract
1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day when you or a third party des consignment, who are not the carrier took over the goods (or the last product, partial consignment or last piece in the case of a purchase contract for several pieces of goods from one order, or delivery of the product in several partial consignments or pieces).
2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, please contact us by email info@novatecwheels.eu or call us at + 421948729699. Withdrawal from the purchase contract can be made by any unambiguous statement (e.g. e-mail). For this purpose, you can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

4. Timely withdrawal. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send a notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal from the purchase contract
1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will refund you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your withdrawal from the purchase contract, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a method of delivery other than the most advantageous standard delivery, that we offer).
2. Refund. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction unless we expressly agree otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for such a refund. We may refuse a refund if we do not receive the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the deadline expires.
4. Return Costs. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
5. Depreciation of goods. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are responsible for a decrease in the value of the returned goods or returned goods that occurred because of handling the goods in a manner other than what is necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and characteristics of the goods. If you return damaged or incomplete goods to us, we will set off our claim for damages against the purchase price you are requesting to be refunded. We always evaluate a specific case to determine the degree of damage, and deterioration of the goods and determine the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you about these steps at the email address provided.
6. Inability to withdraw from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the GTC.
